  neka mir bude reč
  za kojom svi tragamo
  neka radost bude osećaj
  sa kojim se stapamo
 neka razumevanje
 razum nadvlada
 i da želja da ljudi budu živa bića
 postane istina, a ne puka nada

May this year be marked with love
 towards oneself
 towards everybody else
 towards pleasant and unpleasant ones
 towards the close ones
 as well as the strangers
 towards animals and plants
 towards the planet and all the worlds
 that surround us in this one
let the peace be the word
 we're all looking for
 may the joy be the feeling
 we all melt in
 may understanding
 conquers the mind
 and the wish that all people
 become human beings
 becomes the truth and not the mere hope
